- SetMPort
- --------
-
- This Program let you select the Port where your AMIGA(tm) mouse or
- trackball is connected.
-
- This Program is EMAIL-Ware.
- This means: If you find it worth to use it, please send me a mail with your comments
- or suggestions or also with bugreports.
-
- INSTALLATION:
- -------------
- Just place the <setmport> executable file somewhere in your path, e.g. SYS:c .
- That's all.
-
-
- USAGE:
- ------
- You just have to execute it via any cli console or from a script with the required
- parameter 0 or 1; where 0 means the std. mouse port and 1 means the std. game port.
-
- The Programm will neither return any error messages nor any type of acknowledge.
- Either it works, or not :-)
-
- Background:
- -----------
- This Programm just activates a feature which is already present since pre 2.x OS versions
- of the AmigaOS.
- The 'input.device'- called input routines of AmigaOS allows to use mouses, digiltal joysticks and
- also analog joysticks connected via port 0 or port 1 to be used for moving the mouse pointer in all
- system-compatible programms.
